Bar Chef Stephen Marshall, creator of Craftsman, is a graduate of The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Charleston and holds an Advanced Certificate in Wine & Spirits. He has over 10 years of Food and Beverage experience and creating unique balanced beverages is his passion. Stephen has utilized all these experiences in creating unique beverage companions with something for everyone.

 

Chef Marshall is a native of Rock Hill, SC and resides there with his wife and daughter. When he is not in the kitchen you can find Chef Marshall hiking, writing recipes, attending church, volunteering, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and spending time with his family. 

 

Katie Marshall, co-founder of Craftsman, can often be found "behind the scenes". From handling the back end of the business, interacting with customers to snapping pictures Katie handles it all.

She is a Clemson graduate, with a degree in business, and is also a registered nurse. In her free time you can find her wrangling our tiny chef and volunteering with multiple organizations.
