1.5 oz. Aged Rum
.75 oz. Craftsman Rosemary Peach Syrup
.75 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz.Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.
Using a Hawthorne Strainer & a mesh strainer, double strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice & garnish with a pineapple leaf.
