Peach Smash

1.5 oz. Bourbon

1 oz. Rosemary Peach Syrup

.5 oz. Honey

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

1 Quartered Peach

5 Mint Leaves

Ginger Beer

Combine juice, syrup, honey, mint & peaches in a cocktail shaker & muddle. Add bourbon & ice & shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice, top with ginger beer & garnish with a smacked mint leaf.
