1 oz. Mezcal
.5 oz. Silver Tequila
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz.Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Roasted Peppers & Citrus
10 Tarragon Leaves
Sparkling Water
Combine all ingredients but Sparkling Water in a Boston Shaker, add ice & shake until proper temperature & dilution.
Using a Hawthorne Strainer, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
